Harbor Student Ministry Scholarship Form

The purpose of this policy is to set forth the conditions for which Student Ministries, or students between 6th-12th grade, of Bayside Community Church of Safety Harbor, FL may authorize and disburse funds that are classified as Scholarship Funds. Scholarship Funds exist to minister to those who have a connection with our church family and need help attending events and trips.

By selecting the checkbox below, I am acknowledging that I understand the expectations of this scholarship (taken from our scholarship policy, which is available for viewing in full if requested).

  1. Applications for Scholarship must be received 30 days prior to the event.
  2. Scholarship up to 50% of the event cost may be granted. The remaining 50% of the event cost can be earned through fundraising and service, and is the responsibility of the student and/or parents.
  3. Applicants must submit a down payment equal to 10% of the total event cost, or as arranged with the Student Pastor. 
  4. Parent & student signatures are required for all applications, regardless of student’s age.
  5. Scholarships are applied after all fundraising is complete for the event.
  6. This policy does not guarantee that everyone who requests help will receive it.
